What does a Facility Engineer do?
A Facility Engineer guarantees the management and control of scheduled preventive and corrective ordinary maintenance referred to both structures and plants and systems accompanying them.
The Facility Engineer manages projects to improve structures and systems as well as identify energy efficiency solutions and manage the related implementation projects.
Why we need you?
You will take care of the maintenance of buildings, roads, squares, networks and related systems.
You will deliver a seamless management of maintenance and control of air conditioning systems, compressed air production, distribution of drinking and industrial water and related treatment plants, evaluating their performance and environmental impact
You assure compliance for the maintenance of lifting equipment, pressure equipment in contact with the authorities and dedicated external Bodies.
You keep relationships with the companies that provide these services
You operate a continuous monitoring, control and analysis of energy consumption/costs.
You make sure that database, plant floor maps and archives are always up-to-date.
Qualifications
**It is also required**:
Degree in Engineering, Energy Engineering is a plus
Knowledge of 2D CAD design tools
Good communication skills
Ability to work in team
Initiative taking, result oriented
Reactivity while still keeping focused on longer-term improvement
Knowledge of the English language
