Technical Support
We are looking for a Technical Support to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services. Your responsibilities would include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
TasksRespond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat, identify customer needs and help customers use specific featuresMonitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistanceShare feature requests and effective workarounds with team membersInform customers about new features and functionalitiesFollow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolvedGather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teamsHandle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customersCollaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concernsRequirementsExperience in the energy industry is desirable, but not essential as training will be providedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficient in using computer systems and software applicationsStrong attention to detail and accuracyBenefitsCompetitive salary packageComprehensive training and development opportunities
