Technical Support Engineer
Mission: 5-week on-site replacement, once a week.
Rate: €350 per visit.
Candidates must have the necessary requirements to be hired as independent contractors in Italy.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues.
You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams.
Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate.
Technical Requirements: Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting Experience with common operating systems (primarily Windows) Basic understanding of networking concepts Familiarity with IT inventory management systems Key Skills: Strong customer service orientation Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Proactive problem-solving abilities Support Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support in person Perform software installations and updates Diagnose and resolve hardware issues Maintain accurate documentation of support activities Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Italian (spoken, written, and reading) Interpersonal Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users Excellent reporting and documentation skills Minimum 1 year in a similar role.
