Your Challenge As Technical Support professional for Building Management Systems part of the HQ Technical Support team (3rd level) you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and expertise for Siemens' building management systems, Edge and Connected devices. The 3rd level support professional will serve as a technical subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement of Siemens' technical support capabilities. Provide support and troubleshoot technical issues with Siemens technical experts in the countries during the entire product lifecycle (design, commissioning and maintenance) of Siemens On-premise and Off-premise solution (SaaS). Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues related to Siemens building management systems, connected and edge devices Analyze system logs, network configurations, and device diagnostics to identify and resolve advanced technical problems Collaborate with product development, engineering, and field support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues Develop and maintain in-depth technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base to support the technical support team and customers Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance the overall technical support experience Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, industry trends, and technological advancements in building automation, connected home, and edge computing To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have: 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service for building automation systems, or edge computing devices Problem-Solving, Communication, Organizational, Flexibility and Adaptability, Resilience skills are required. Be oriented and motivated on new technologies and a basic knowledge on them is highly appreciated. Knowledge on HVAC, Edge and IoT is required. Passion to never-stop growing.
