Our Customer Success Unit is looking for Technical Support in Smart Grid. Join us and be part of the team that's revolutionizing smart grids!
What you will do:
The relevant perimeter Technical Support, Operation and Pilots Europe covers all the contracts within Europe, being the unit responsible for all the technical activities after sales. The unit provides technical support to all the grid technologies managed by Gridspertise. Within this technical perimeter, the aim is to provide all technical support needed to achieve the maximum effectiveness from the Gridspertise solution. Working in this area means dealing with the most innovative technology in its field and being involved in the biggest projects of the Company. You will be responsible for all activities related to:
Provide local and remote technical support to all the internal and external stakeholders of the relevant perimeter (Troubleshooting); Provide local and remote operation support to all the internal and external stakeholders of the relevant perimeter; Provide first level and specialized support to the relevant functions; Lead and train the relevant stakeholders in technical activities (use of devices, remote systems, tools, etc. ) interacting with multidisciplinary groups from different countries; Support initial and critical phases of new projects/contracts (installation, commissioning, fine-tuning, KPIs achievement, etc. ); Manage and support pilots and PoCs. Who you are:
Master's degree in Engineering, (preferably: Electric, Electronic or Telecommunication) with:
2 or more years in job experience related to Smart Grid (telecontrol and/or automation); Knowledge of distribution network systems and grid operations; Knowledge of Smart grid technologies (RTU, RGDAT, RGDM, etc. ); Knowledge of Technical standards and regulations applicable for smart grid devices; Knowledge of TLC networks operation (3G, 4G, 5G, TCP/IP, etc. ); Experience in problem solving and participation in medium/high complexity projects; English (at least B2) and any other foreign language would be considered a plus.
