You will be responsible for receiving, investigating, troubleshooting and further escalating a variety of issue types in order to provide the best support of our products and ultimately the best customer experience.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST**:

- Provide quality support to business customers including answering questions and analyzing tech issues.

- Troubleshoot, diagnose and identify various types of issues related to customers or products and escalate different priority issues through the appropriate internal channels.

- Follow up on escalations in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and follow agreed SLAs.

- Follow standard processes and procedures.

- Work with systems - Zendesk, Confluence, Jira, Kibana, New Relic, internal tools.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**:

- Excellent English (verbal and written).

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work on shifts - 24/7 support (08:00 - 17:00, 16:30 - 01:00 and 00:00 - 08:00).

- Experience with Zendesk, Jira, Kibana, New Relic is considered an advantage.
