The team is working closely with 20+ various teams at DraftKings, supporting all components involved in our products.

You will be responsible for receiving, investigating, troubleshooting and further escalating a variety of issue types in order to provide the best support of our products and ultimately the best customer experience.

**What you'll do as a Technical Support Specialist**:

- Provide quality support to business customers including answering questions and analyzing tech issues

- Troubleshoot, diagnose and identify various types of issues related to customers or products and escalate different priority issues through the appropriate internal channels

- Follow up on escalations in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and follow agreed SLAs

- Follow standard processes and procedures

- Work with systems - Zendesk, Confluence, Jira, Kibana, internal tools.

**What you'll bring**:

- Excellent English (verbal and written)

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work on shifts - 24/7 support (08:00 - 17:00, 16:30 - 01:00 and 00:00 - 08:00)

- ? xperience with Zendesk and Jira is considered an advantage
