You will be responsible for receiving, investigating, troubleshooting, and further escalating a variety of issue types in order to provide the best support of our products and ultimately the best customer experience.

***WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST**:

- Provide quality support to business customers including answering questions and analyzing tech issues

- Troubleshoot, diagnose and identify technical issues, including network-related problems, software bugs, and peripheral device configurations.

- Follow up on escalations in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Work with systems - Zendesk, Confluence, Jira, Kibana, internal tools.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**:

- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused with solid customer service know-how.

Delivers information effectively in support of the team or workgroup.

- Excellent English (verbal and written)

- Ability to work on shifts, including nights and weekends.
