Role Responsibilities:Dedicated / Scheduled Onsite Support: Incident Resolution: Address IT-related incidents and troubleshoot issues. Service Requests Fulfillment: Handle IT service requests, including hardware and software-related issues. IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose): Perform equipment installations, relocations, upgrades, and disposals. Hands & Eyes Support: Assist with IT infrastructure devices and provide remote troubleshooting assistance. Meeting Room IT Equipment: Conduct maintenance and periodic preventive checks. IT Vending Machine Support: Assist with IT vending machines where applicable. End-User Support: Provide direct IT assistance, including at Digital Bars (if applicable). Planned & Unplanned Infrastructure Activities: Assist in first-level troubleshooting under the guidance of relevant teams. VIP Support: Offer specialized IT support for VIP users where required. Printing Services: Assist with printer setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Third-Party Escorting: Support and oversee external engineers working on-site. Multi-OS Support: Provide technical assistance for Windows, Mac, and Linux systems. The dedicated engineer will also be involved in:

Daily IT operations & administrative tasksIncident management & resolutionCollaboration with third-line and external teams on data center, network, telephony, imaging, backup, and security tasks. Stock & asset management, including updating IT systems (e. g. , Asset DB) and requesting asset purchases (not procurement). The Onsite Engineer must follow all HCL Delivery procedures and adhere to the client's policies and processes.

Hands & Feet Support:This service provides physical onsite assistance for troubleshooting and operational support.

Responsibilities include:

Rebooting server equipmentProviding visual display information from IT devicesExecuting basic troubleshooting under the guidance of the resolver teamThe resolver team is responsible for technical issue resolution, while the Onsite Engineer only performs actions as instructed.
