We are looking for an Apprentice, in Milan within the Digital Industries area who will be trained in 2 years as a Technical Support Specialist.
During the apprenticeship you will receive a comprehensive and state-of-the-art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps.

Your Challenge As a Technical Support Specialist - Apprentice , your main activities will be to:
Operate in the world of motion control, particularly in the machine tool and production machine sector.
Analyze service requests to figure out necessary activities and spare parts.
Provide remote technical support to customers through Siemens Industry Support online.
Offer remote technical support to customers via SightCall and Sinema RC teleassistance portals, as well as using Smart Glasses and augmented reality systems.
Participate in periodic training and updates through internal training and mentor at Siemens and customer sites.
Required entry qualifications: You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract.
You are a fresh graduate or you have a technical academic background (ITS Degree).
Proficiency in English and Italian.
Passion to never-stop growing.
Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge.
