IC Resources is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to represent a leading provider of Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4. 0 solutions, tailored to the semiconductor industry.

Join a dynamic team at the forefront of enhancing manufacturing productivity and quality, providing solutions that are essential for industries like automotive, optics, solar cells, aerospace, and more.

Onsite in Catania.

Requirements: Interface with a broad range of stakeholders, including operators, engineers, and executives, both on-site and remotely.

Manage the full project life cycle, developing schedules, ensuring timely execution, and producing estimates for client needs.

Work with cross-functional teams globally, providing feedback to software developers and managing deployment activities.

Develop training materials, conduct on-site sessions, and provide support during downtime.

Bring 3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with industrial engineering concepts.

Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, or Oracle.

Ability to effectively communicate in both Italian and English; French or German a plus.
