The successful implementation of the projects is based on qualified consulting, technical know-how as well as professional installation, on-site training, and ongoing customer support. Your responsibilities: You are the first point of contact for our customers, providing active support through competent advice and practical solutions for all inquiries. For more complex service requests, you collaborate closely with our departments. You create spare part offers and assist us in planning on-site deployments. You identify quality issues early and escalate them to the appropriate channels. Your skills: Technical education. Experience in customer support is an advantage.
