The Power Technique Service division has a vacancy for a Technical Support Specialist responsible for surface dewatering pumps in the Product Company Padua. As Technical Support Specialist, you will be challenged to solve technical issues, and understand our customer's needs, to further enhance the reputation of our products. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Offer structured, professional, and timely day-to-day support to a worldwide network of Customer Centers. Drive the continuous improvement of product quality by collaborating effectively with different departments to evaluate, discuss, and transfer feedback received from customers to promote the development of necessary actions. Be part of projects related to product development to assure the highest level of serviceability and lowest lifecycle cost by giving strong involvement in project team meetings. Create and ensure the timely introduction of state-of-the-art supportive tools and documentation (e. g.
service instructions, service tools, etc.
). Provide the highest level of technical training to our Customer Centers ensuring they are equipped to offer service and technical support for our whole product portfolio. Pro-actively visit customers looking for quality, support, and serviceability improvements, focusing on increasing customer experience and creating value for Atlas Copco. What we expect from our candidates:Mechanical or equivalent bachelor's degree is preferred; equivalent experience will be evaluated. 3-5 years of experience in after-sales service and/or technical support or in an engineering environment with daily contact with customers. Technical knowledge of dewatering pumps and pumping systems is a plus. Proactive and team player profile. Customer-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask with ownership of activities. Result-oriented with a dynamic approach. Good communication and analytical skills. Willingness to travel for short international trips. Very good knowledge of English and Italian; any additional language is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar office productivity software.
