**What you'll be doing

- Investigate, troubleshoot and manages customer chemistry, equipment and software complaints and inquiries in accordance with internal procedures and customers' requirements.

- Participation to on-calls.

- Maintain technical self-competence, knowledge of company procedures, and customer-related skills.

Work independently and as part of a team

- Contribute to process improvements.

- Attend meetings with affiliates, on-site or via call.

Visit customers.

**What you'll need to succeed

- Educated as medical laboratory technologist or biomedical background or in life sciences, possibly with some experience in customer relationship management or in a medical laboratory.

- High degree in one of the following majors - Chemistry, Biology, Science, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering.

- Knowledge of medical laboratory would be a plus.

- Willing to become an expert in new technologies.

- Passionate about communication with people and customer focus.

- **Fluent Italian and Portoguese languages

- English proficiency (B2)

**Salary**: From €2, 600. 00 per month
