What you will do Full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to closing top technical talents, while hiring for various levels across the company - with a special focus on Tech/Engineering roles on a global scale Leverage creative DE&I sourcing strategies to build ongoing pipelines of qualified active and passive candidates on a global scale Track and report on talent acquisition metrics on a weekly basis to articulate progress against hiring demand Contribute to the design and execution of innovative nurture campaigns and DE&I branding initiatives, in partnership with relevant hiring teams Build and cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and hiring managers to inform recruiting decisions and drive ongoing improvements Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and implement initiatives to ensure all touch points in the recruitment process positively contribute towards this for all candidates Utilise the applicant tracking system to manage candidate data and streamline the hiring process What you will bring with you Track record of consistently closing passive and active candidates in a highly competitive market Active participation to employer branding initiatives and TA projects Proven ability to operationalize a broad DE&I sourcing strategy, leveraging multiple channels and tools that include: social media, employee referrals, job boards, GitHub and networking Strong sense of urgency and innate understanding of how to prioritize job openings and associated candidates Core belief in quality vs quantity, as well as a passion for adding a diverse talent base to the company What we look for 5 plus years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience within a cloud technology company Experience recruiting for various Technical - Engineering roles in multiple EMEA and APAC regions Enterprise software environment/domain focused experience Excellent people and communication skills, a flexible mindset, team-first approach, and a sense of humor!
