Job Description Summary**: Techincal Tendering support Intership

6 months fixed term contract

**Roles and Responsibilities

- Responsible for receiving orders and accurately entering orders into SAP order management software

- Assist the Technical Tendering or product sales specialist with administrative duties

- Communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Product Managers, etc. ,

- Support other ordering processing including expediting orders, change orders, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Client orders processing, coordination processing, coordination and follow up.

- Reporting regularly the financial data related to the portfolio of products and service.

- Data entry and participate in calls and Team activities

**Required Qualifications

- Student or fresh graduated In Foreign Languages, Economy or any relevant field

- At least any front / back office experience with customer service experience

- 6 months internship

- EU work permit

**Desired Characteristics

- SAP experience

- Order entry experience

- ability to learn quickly, attention to detail

- ability to work with collaborative spirit in a team

- commitment to discovering ways to improve service

- Fluent in Italian

- Very good command of English and another foreign language
