We are currently looking for a Technical Test Manager directly reporting to Digital Assurance Practice Head

**Responsibilities**:

Manage a technical team of Software Development Engineer in Test, communicating expectations on the job and evaluating their individual performance, promoting responsibility and autonomy.

Coordinate solutioning activities for project proposals, guiding both the definition of the technical solution and the aspects related to costs and staffing.

Define technical specifications from Test Strategy to Test Execution starting from functional and non-functional requirements (e. g. , performance, scalability).

Preventive identification of any risks related to implementation, identifying ex-ante effective mitigation strategies.

Promote high quality standards and innovation of Testing Activities in the implementation of software solutions.

Facilitate the resolution of conflicts and the removal of impediments.

Lead by example

**Requirements**:

At least 10 years of work experience.

At least 6 years of experience in the Testing activities.

At least 4 years of experience in testing Automation using primary tool or licensed (Microfocus UFT, Tricentis TOSCA, ) or Open Source (Selenium, Katalon, Appium, Gherkin, Cucumber, )

At least 2 years of experience in the role of Team Leader.

Strong ICT background in development projects in custom software and COTS based implementations

Strong and consolidated skills on relational DB and NoSQL.

Knowledge of ISTQB standards.

Able to operate in Agile/Devops development areas.

Experience in the organization of delivery in terms of tools and working methodologies.

Experience in defining technical proposals for custom development and system integration projects.

Ability to interact directly with customer stakeholders and collaborate with others and growth mindset.

Solid knowledge of the principles of software engineering, algorithms, data structures and object-oriented design.

Experience in mentoring younger engineers.

Perfect command of the Italian language and a good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, are required.

A degree in STEM disciplines (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) is a plus.
