Role Overview: We are looking for a Trainer who will promote sales growth by training specialists in the HVAC sector. You will be a reference figure for professionals in the HVAC sector, meeting new people and facing new challenges daily to achieve specific goals. You will focus on a single client while having the flexibility to organize your work according to your interests. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver training courses to technical personnel (installers, specialized retailers, service technicians, agents, etc. ) on residential and industrial air conditioning systems. Deepen all technical aspects of the products to transfer the necessary skills for the design, installation, and maintenance of air conditioning systems. Create and deliver effective training modules using PowerPoint. Ensure constant updates of educational materials based on product novelties. Support the technical staff of the manufacturer in resolving issues that require particular insights, including external collaborations. Qualifications: Knowledge of the Air Conditioning sector. Curiosity and a strong desire to learn. Familiarity with products such as SPLIT, MULTISPLIT, CHILLER, VRF SYSTEMS, HEAT PUMPS. A passion for air conditioning.
