**About the Role

The resource has the responsibility for managing technical training activities of staff and client companies.

Main responsibilities will be:

- Performing technical training on site or at customer sites on specific product lines;

- Interfacing with internal technical entities for information gathering with educational purposes;

- Drafting technical guides and operating instructions for Knowledge Center portal;

- Managing activities and participation in internal events for product promotional support.

**What You Need to be Successfull

- A technical diploma and has skills in electrical, electronic or mechanical fields;

- Good knowledge of written and spoken English is required (possible second language Spanish);

The profile is completed by: good communication and interpersonal skills, customer and result orientation, accuracy, good adaptability.
