- Identify customer needs, translating them into customized learning paths. - Design training programs and prepare teaching plans. - Create classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals. - Carry out training sessions respecting time, costs, and quality standards. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training to ensure customer requirements and satisfaction. - Maximize the use of Training Support Systems during the training sessions. Technical RequirementsFundamentals of Statistical Communication Theory. Theory and Techniques of Radar and Communication Systems. Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools. Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and other teaching tools. Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Contents Management Systems (LCMS). Experience of at least 4-6 years in the position acquired preferably in the Aerospace/Defense industry. Fluency in English. EducationMaster's Degree in Computer, Electronics, or Telecommunication Engineering.
