For our Electrification local structure we are looking for a Technical Training Coordinator who will be responsible of training strategy in line with business needs

**This position reports to**:

Marketing Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Set training plan, targets and KPIs

- Develop content for virtual / phisical meeting

- Conduct selected trainings

- Define communication and digital marketing strategy supported by marketing team (CX + Dig.

Mktg)

- Ensure alignment with global EL and Divisions training targets and objectives

- Influence global training strategy collecting inputs from Customers and Sales team

- Use the training platforms and analytics to track results

- Define sales training (Academy) paths aligned to strategy

- Create an internal training community (PMDs, Techn.

Prom. , etc. )

in order to grant efficient and harmonized competence development approach vs the market

**Your background**:

- Strong technical background in electrical engineering, significant seniority (7 years Experience in the electr.

field )

- Self-confident in communication and the desire to stand in front of people

- Presentation skills

- Strong organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, work within deadlines, handle multiple projects, and maintain objectives.

- Good business English

- Good in handling SW Tools (e. g.

Learning Management System; Webinar Tools; MS Office

- Leadership
