We are looking for someone who is passionate about aviation and interested in teaching a wide range of aircraft engineering topics to our staff.

This role involves promoting training and supporting the highest standards maintained by the company. Responsibilities:Delivery of all technical training to engineering staff to the highest industry standards, including but not limited to:Delivery of technical training associated with business needs across all airlinesDelivery of Part 145 theoretical and practical trainingDelivery of specialised type-specific trainingPreparing technical training and improving current coursesDevelopment of instructor materials (course outlines, lesson plans, background material, instructional materials, and training aids)Conversant with EASA regulations and ensuring regular review of all procedures/regulations relevant to the training course being deliveredAbility to develop and approve training material using various delivery methods (classroom, eLearning, Virtual)Capable of delivering technical training practicallyMaintain and develop training centres for further learning enhancements across all levels of trainingDemonstrate a 'hands-on' attitudeBuild and deliver effective training programs to meet the training requirementsClear communication (written oral) and presentation skillsRequirements:Must hold UK/EASA Part 66 Licence or Aerospace Engineering degree or have evidence of previous employment in aircraft technical training or 5 years' experience in aircraft engineeringExperience in reviewing regulations/compliance-based proceduresKeen eye for detail and ability to escalate issues to managementAbility to plan and work to deadlines set by managementGood working knowledge of Office 365 and eagerness to learn new software toolsAbility to scrutinise and provide constructive critique on non-compliance issuesEffective communicator who interacts with the team through all communication types (verbal, face-to-face, virtual)Open-minded, eager to learn new skills and bring new ideas to the teamStrong work ethic and responsibility for timely completion of workFlexible and able to adapt to change quicklyAbility to work under pressure to meet deadlinesAbility to seek and find solutions and address them to managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMust hold a valid UK/EU passport and be willing to travel as requiredPlease note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy, you might need a work permit.
