is looking for a Technical Writer to be included in our R&D Department. He/She will report hierarchically to the Test and Documentation Line Manager and functionally to the Project Manager(s) of the project(s) he/she is involved in. Main DutiesWrite and update User Guides with descriptions of the products and their featuresWrite and update Service procedures for the maintenance of these productsWrite and update Safety informationManage images to insert in these documentsAssure that documentation is compliant with technical guidelinesAccurately evaluate the effort for the documentation activityWork with proficiency within the project team participating in release planningManage translation process workflowOccasional ActivitiesProvide support to the Line Manager in his/her line activitiesMain Competences neededEducation: DegreeFluent in English, mainly written; other languages are a plusPrevious experience in the same role (3 years)Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs, mainly WordExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsCurious, to support the development of innovation & new waysAbility to clearly summarize complex procedures to the intended userNice to HaveKnowledge of Schema ST4 CCMSKnowledge of document compliance to EN -1: standardBasic certification in technical writing (for example, Cherryleaf Technical Writing Course)Knowledge of Agile methodologies applied to software development #J-18808-Ljbffr
