We are currently recruiting, for the Italian unit of a prestigious global Company, leader in the Industry (web search engine, mail provider, web services, hardware products ecc.

), based in Milan, Rome and Turin a Technical Writer & Digital Content Provider.

As a technical writer supporting Enterprise Data & Insights team, you'll create getting-started guides, in-depth documentation on product/dashboards features and API reference materials.

You'll also continuously improve existing documentation, based on customer feedback.

You'll work directly with the Power BI Dashboard developers and designers in a cross-functional, distributed environment.

This position requires a technical background, allowing you to work effectively with software development engineers, product managers and program managers.

In addition, you'll need excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality technical publications.

- Create written content as well as produce, shoot & edit video content for an internal end-to-end self-service analytics campaign and overall initiative:

FAQ, Answer Bot, Playbook, Roadshow, basic how-to's

- Collaborate with stakeholders both locally and remotely

- troubleshoot various content creation projects at once

- translate stakeholder's inputs into a successful campaign where needed to drive self-service adoption

- set clear expectations with the employees/stakeholders around the experience we provide with analytics self-service capabilities

- handle employee escalations and resolve problems by offering achievable solutions

- Create cross-functional promotional campaigns that drive adoption of analytics products (dashboards), self-service analytics, policies and standards

- Grow online audiences and engagement across all business units; create a senseof community among top contributors and influencers

- Monitor trends, tools, apps, and effective benchmarks for measuring and communicating the impact of analytics for data-driven companies

- Graphic Design & Support

- Coordinate graphic needs for internal digital marketing

- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

- Create basic promotional materials for Intranet use

- Support Analytics & Platform teams in content creation for events as needed

- Comfortable presenting and contributing to meetings

- Edit internal analytics marketing collateral

- Assist management with ideas to accelerate adoption based on feedback

Job Requirements

- 8 years of experience in technical writing & content creation and management for Azure Cloud Solutions.

- Proven track record of creating original written & video content for internal new products and self-service driving adoption of transformations.

- Familiarity or experience with Data, Analytics, Dashboards, KPIs, and measurement in general.

- Experience working directly with development teams

- Experience with XML-based authoring systems

- Drive documentation planning with engineering teams.

- Independently follow designs and standards to develop and deliver documentation for Azure products.

- Work as part of a team to produce conceptual, how-to, and API reference documentation for Azure products.

- Fluent in English.

Spanish a plus but not required.

- Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools.

- Has a whatever takes attitude.
