For our team we are looking for a **Technical Writer** who will be based in Malpensa area, Italy.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Develop comprehensive documentation that meets the needs of company and customers, utilizing state-of-the-art technical writing practices.
- Gain a deep understanding of company products and services, translating complex information into simple, polished and engaging content.
- Write user-friendly content tailored to the needs of company target audience, ensuring user success through clear and concise language.
- Collaborate with development and support leads to identify documentation needs, revise and amend content, and determine best solutions for data compilation and centralized storage.
- Monitor and update documentation based on different projects and new product releases.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, error-free and compliant with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Oversee, revise, and maintain documentation to ensure it is always valid and up to date.
**Minimum requirements**:
- Aeronautical background (other qualifications and certificates will be considered as a plus).
- From two (2) to five (5) years of experience in relevant field and position.
- Previous experience in rotary wings environment will be considered as a plus.
- Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different stakeholders and teams.
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing business needs and work in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Planning skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
(French, Spanish and Portuguese will be an advantage).
- Microsoft Office package knowledge.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, critical analysis and team player.
- Leonardo Helicopters knowledge considered a plus.
- Held of a valid driving license.
- Held of a valid passport for travelling.
- Availability to work out of the standard weekly time (weekends and/or holidays period).
- Availability to travel for work purposes.
