Your role : We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technician to join the Customer Tele diagnostics Team. In this role, you will support both new and existing vehicle platform data collection while working closely with customer system and subsystem teams. You'll contribute to implementing hardware connections and data collection strategies for various vehicle platforms, providing hands-on technical support and troubleshooting.

Assist Customers technicians with Aptiv device installations in vehicles. Diagnose and troubleshoot CAN, CAN FD, and ethernet issues in vehicles. Manage inventory of Aptiv equipment and related hardware. Collaborate with Aptiv teams to gather requirements for new vehicle platforms. Provide hardware troubleshooting support for Aptiv devices. Your Background : Knowledge of OE & aftermarket engine systems, OBD, transmission, or vehicle systems calibration, validation, and development. Experience in the commercial vehicle or passenger car industry. Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact with both external customers and internal management.
