The role: Technical assistance to the customer related to Exor HW, SW, and Cloud servicesRemote assistance service, provided via email or Web Conference technologiesOnboarding and training services for customersDevelopment of custom applications for the customerProduct testing activitiesCandidate requirements: Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systemsKnowledge of Bash LinuxKnowledge of network managementExperience in PLC use and programmingAdequate knowledge for daily use, both read and written, of English and Italian languageStrong aptitude for problem solvingAbility to independently organize and manage own workWillingness to learn and develop personal knowledge
