For our amazing Tale Hotel, we are looking for a

**Technician (m/w/d)

On the outskirts of the world-famous medieval town of Montepulciano, surrounded by unspoilt nature, Poggio Alla Sala Tale is a luxurious oasis of calm filled with memories of a rich past.

Your tasks:

- Independent implementation of fault and defect rectification in the hotel rooms

- Takeover of renovation, painting, sanitary and transport work as required

- Execution and monitoring of conversion, servicing and maintenance tasks

- Support for troubleshooting with the computer system

- Assistance with the set-up of banquet and meeting rooms

- Price comparison and procurement of work equipment and materials

- If necessary, assumption of telephone and present on-call services

- Independent coordination of companies and their in-house assignments

- Coordination of duty roster design and vacation schedule

- Control of invoices

- Responsibility as safety officer as well as fire protection officer

- Budget preparation for the technical department

Your profile:

- Passionate technicians paired with several years of practical experience in various companies

- You are an all-rounder in the technical environment

- You are able to record and evaluate technical relationships

- You have a methodological understanding

- You have extensive management experience,

- You have organizational skills and above-average resilience

- You have good communication skills

- very good administrative skills as well as secure computer skills

- Confident technical understanding

- Independent work / organizational talent

- Sense of duty and reliability

- Very good Italian and English skills, spoken and written
