We are seeking a Techno/Functional Consultant for Core Banking System Upgrade and Transformation (Finnacle Ver 11) to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of a leading African bank. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the bank's digital transformation journey and contribute significantly to our company's growth. As a key member of our advisory team, you will lead the audit of the bank's existing Finnacle 11 implementation and develop a strategic roadmap to optimize its capabilities for full-scale corporate and retail banking services.

This is a high-impact role with potential for significant career growth within our company. Your Responsibilities will include:Conducting in-depth assessments of the bank's core banking system. Developing and implementing strategies to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborating with the client to define and execute a roadmap for future growth. Providing technical leadership and guidance to the project team. To succeed in this role, you will possess:Extensive experience in Finnacle 11 implementations, upgrades, and audits. A deep understanding of core banking operations and business processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A passion for innovation and digital transformation. Strong understanding of core banking operations for both corporate and retail banking. Passion for open banking and emerging digital banking trends. A team player, with the ability to mentor younger professionals. Ability to maintain a high standard of work and a strong work ethic. Capability to manage expectations, both within and outside the organization. Preferred Qualifications:Previous work with OEM and/or Big 5 Companies with a focus on the banking industry. Strategic leadership experience and a track record of successful project delivery. Good understanding of project management and value management.
