For the Plant of Veronella (VR), we are looking for a: TECHNOLOGISTThe person will take care of the following activities:-Management and analysis of process parameters-Management and organization of gearboxes and moulds by type of production-Optimization of process parameters and times and methods-Verify that production lines/machinery are operating in compliance with the assigned specifications and with means and methods to perform all the required quality controls-To support the line staff by managing the criticalities of different nature that may arise in different areas, interfacing with the different support functions-To follow the progress of the production going to understand the motivations and the reasons that are determining a deviation, correcting directly what is its competence and requiring the intervention of Support Functions where necessary-Dealing with external suppliers for materia-Monitor process deviations and define activities to eliminate bottom hacks and increase production speed-Know how to create procedures (operating instructions) for operators and know how to train people on the activities. Requirements of the position:-Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical/Management Engineering-Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and business process management activities-Knowledge of the "5S Method" and of the Kaizen method-Knowledge of technical design (plus)-excellent knowledge of the MS Office package, SAP (plus), Autocad (plus)-Knowledge of English (level B1). Requirements of the person:-Active listening equipment;-decision-making capacity/leadership-teamworking-organization skills. Workplace: Veronella (VR).
