**Job Details**:Our Global Strategic Services team is in search of a **Client Partner **to lead the successful delivery of our Trade Optimization solutions and customer experience with assigned client(s).
If you have outstanding organizational, negotiation, communication and adaptability skills combined with a high level of dedication, this role could be a good match for you!
The position can be based in UK, Paris, Milan or Bologna.
**KEY CHALLENGES**:
- Strategic leadership of the client success roadmap and client project(s)
- Operational leadership to ensure that the delivery commitments of the TPx project team are met
- Client leadership which nurtures productive relationships with key client & Kantar stakeholders
- Implementation leadership of the project solution(s) for client(s)
- Business leadership to manage activity & resources to deliver financial performance expectations
**Key Deliverables & Metrics**:
- Client alignment to the client success roadmap, and delivery of roadmap milestones
- On-Time/On-Budget delivery of client project plan deliverables & milestones
- Timely and effective resolution of key project issues
- Achievement of user adoption targets with solution end-users
- Achievement of customer satisfaction targets (CSAT/NPS) with HQ and solution end-users
- Delivery of KTO financial performance targets for the client
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Ideally 10+ years relevant experience working in customer-facing roles, Program Direction, up to & including C-level executives
- Ideally 5+ years managerial/leadership experience
- Bachelor's Degree or related field experience; advanced degree preferred
- Superb communication in English, French or Italian language would be a huge advantage
**Demonstrable Performance, Knowledge & Skills**:
- Client Leadership: A client business consultant, a project champion, a service improvement lead
- Strategic Skills: Can define objectives, strategic levers and appropriate tactics to deliver results
- Program Management: A solid grasp of program management principles & issue resolution
- Team Leadership: A track record of successfully leading teams & teamwork
- Multiple stakeholder Management: Of multiple stakeholders
- Trade Knowledge: Very good understanding of CPG trade practices & the key processes that support them
