Technology Consultant Automation
Job Description
Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Operating System including Domain Controller security configuration, virtualization platforms and timeseries databases.
Have a good knowledge of reporting solution extended to IIoT platforms.
Support the Outcome-based Selling Process:
- Understand the customer's desired business outcomes
- Describe and deliver value in the specific language of the customer
- Articulate the business outcomes before offering a solution
Focus on opportunities that support Rockwell Automation's strategy:
- Understand business models, organization and go to market strategy, leverage where appropriate
- Provide knowledge of the industry strategies, familiarity with outcome-based selling.
- Understand the business drivers and KPI's of the customer.
- Analyze competitive product lines, have knowledge of competitor's strategy, further define competitive differentiators.
Deliver the message:
- Define and articulate product differentiators and values versus competition.
Share Expertise
- Participate in trade shows, seminars and/or similar marketing activities, offering demonstrations and product expertise with customers where needed
- Support market access (Distributor & Systems Integrators) when appropriate to ensure their capability in articulating the value and demonstration of RA product or technologies
- Assist Business Lead in launch of new products to the sales force and channel.
Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in an engineering/technical related field or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in native language and strong command of English (written & spoken).
- Ability to work with and gain confidence of senior level personnel (internal and external) in a highly collaborative, matrixed stakeholder organization.
- Ability to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
- Ability to align and influence critical stakeholders.
- Strong support of customer centricity.

- Experience on Life Science market with 21-CFR part 11 requirements
- Knowledge on modern IDC virtualized solution
