- Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, or related studies and experience

- 5+ years' experience in IT solution disciplines including Microsoft infrastructure management, Active Directory, Azure AD, Azure AD managed authentication, Active Directory based DNSand Agile project management

**Position Summary

**IT Technology Expert** ready to join our Nestlé's Workforce 360 Collaboration, Content and Portal Services team in Milan, Italy?

**Then look no further!

Our team needs your expertise to develop, guide, and promote the successful use of our Microsoft Authentication and Directory Services tools that make user collaboration inside and beyond Nestlé possible.

As the expert, you are accountable for specific developments and related support deliverables, including preliminary studies and the technology evolution.

**A day in the life of a Tech Expert for Authentication & Directory Services

- Consult, guide, and provide expert technical support for the use and evolution of our authentication and directory services products that support cloud solutions like Microsoft 365.

This includes support of both our on-premises Active Directory and Azure Active Directory based authentication services.

- Recommend how to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and delivery of services through the improved use of technology.

- Design the governance, assurance, and standards required to ensure our enterprise technology architecture is secure and compliant.

- Manage suppliers, defining significant functional, technical and process integration decisions.

**What will make you successful

- Certified on and/or deep expertise working with large enterprise solution services including Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, Azure AD managed authentication, and DNS to support any cloud solution, in particular those from SAP, Meta, and Microsoft (Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Platforms).

- Strong understanding of Agile/DevOps methods and processes with proven ability to participate in Agile project teams, providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impacts, and risks.

- Experience working in complex environments and understanding integration of M&A integration from an Authentication & Directory services perspective.

- Experience in engaging with senior executives and key technology partners (vendors, Account Managers, Product Managers, lab advocates and executives).

- Excellent English communication skills applied with different stakeholders, nationalities, and mediums (face-to-face and remote virtual teams).

- Amind open capable of adapting, being flexible, and dynamic while keeping a client centric approach.
