Offer DescriptionThe program relates to the strengthening of UPO Technology Transfer initiatives through the recruiting of a Technology Scout with scientific expertise.
It will be crucial to establish a close collaboration with the Departments, as the primary activities include dissemination of good practices, state-of-the-art analysis and evaluation of patentability, business opportunity assessment and exploitation plan, IPR management – also in co-ownership with external partners, third mission and impact management and assessment.
The goal is to foster the connections with scientists and research personnel, with the aim to increase the number of invention disclosures.
A more effective innovation management and technology transfer towards industry, health sector and society will lead to the encouragement of collaborations and a higher proficiency to exploit academic results.
