- We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and credible Information Protection and Compliance professional to join our global team of Technology Specialists.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Compliance Technology Specialist (TS), your primary goal is to win the technical decision of customers to purchase and use our range of compliance-focused solutions including Information Protection and Governance, Data Loss Prevention, Insider Risk Management as well as E-Discovery and Audit solutions.
You will work within a virtual team of technical, partner and consulting resources to educate your customers at a technical level, demonstrate and prove our solutions, and win the technical decision, allowing the team to achieve/exceed quarterly Microsoft Compliance sales/usage targets in your accounts.
Being part of this team will allow you to maintain and develop your deep technical expertise across Microsoft and non-Microsoft cloud-based information protection and compliance solutions, architectures, programs, and technologies.
**Key Responsibilities**Scale Customer Engagements**: Engages with and reaches out to customers proactively and independently, builds credibility with customers as a trusted advisor for Information Protection and Compliance solutions, remediates blockers, searches for and uses customer references, leads and ensures technical wins for Compliance and adjacent technologies.
**Scale Through Partners**: Engages in partner sell-with scenarios and supports partner technical capacity.
**Build Strategy**: Contributes to Compliance solution strategy development at the account level, shapes strategic win plan, tailors Microsoft messaging to audience, develops compete strategies for assigned customers, and captures and transfers to product and engineering teams core competitive knowledge to enhance team capabilities.
**Solution Design & Proof**:
***Demonstrates and oversees demonstrations, presents and applies architecture patterns, proves capabilities and integration into customer environment, and drives cross-workload support for Microsoft solutions for Compliance.
Coaches team in addressing customer digital transformation and leveraging insights to align new or changing technology to customer Compliance needs.
**Education**:
***Builds own readiness plan, grows Compliance domain knowledge and practices expertise.
Acts as a mentor in the Compliance solution area, increasing internal virtual teams' understanding of Compliance solutions and new opportunities.

We are looking for people who have a genuine passion for Technology, Security and Compliance and a can-do attitude.
- Designing/assessing privacy management systems
- Implementation of data protection/GDPR programs to address data security and confidentiality topics
- Have the confidence to communicate with senior stakeholders (i. e.
CISO, CRO, DPO, CIO, Business decision makers)
- Gained a professional knowledge of
- Data lifecycle / data governance concepts (considering the standards as DMBOK, ISO 27001
- Designing or Auditing Compliance Programs, design and implementation of policies, procedures, standards and
controls with the aim of improving compliance about regulations and / or current standards, ISO27001, GDPR etc.
- Strategic Definition: assessment, designing and implementing security strategy, governance frameworks over
processes, controls, organization and infrastructure to manage Security, Privacy and conformity / compliance to relevant laws or regulations (e. g.
GDPR, ISO 27001, ISO27017, ISO 27018 etc.
)
- Is familiar with concepts of legal hold, eDiscovery and data forensic investigations
- ** Scale Customer Engagements **Skilled in: Using knowledge of customer context, solution or portfolio expertise, and technical and industry knowledge; leading technical discussions with customers and establishing rules of engagement (e. g. , role boundaries, handoff strategies) for extended teams and leveraging knowledge of processes (e. g. , Managed Service Provider, Managed Certified Professional), tools, and programs (e. g.
FastTrack, customer investment funding); Leveraging foundational knowledge of resources (e. g.
roles, Microsoft Technology Center, demo sites, virtual sites); proactively conveying blocker impact to product teams.
