**About the role**:

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- outbound calls to external and internal customers (analysis of the solution, surveys, additional information on customers, etc. . . )

- Use of corporate CRM to record all activities in real time.

- Use of augmented reality tools for customer support.

**About you**:

- 2+ Years' experience as Customer Support in IT or Technical environment.

- Technical (Electrical) Diploma or equivalent work experience.

- English B1
