**Role**:

You will be responsible for the day-to-day business relationship with a portfolio of both existing and newly acquired customers (electricians, system integrators, video / alarm installers, etc.

).

We ensure the possibility for young and motivated people to grow and develop their careers through continuous learning and achievements.

Under the Country manager's supervision, you will be given the following responsibilities:

- Give prompt Technical Support to the daily customers' requests

- Elaborate Offers according to the clients' needs in terms of price and products

- Provide Post-sales customer support and technical guidance on installation and service aspects remotely (through phone calls and/or Teamviewer)

- Manage and Increase Sales' results and turnover in an assigned territory

Qualifications for this position:

- Very good electrical skills and knowledge

- High Interest and passion for Home Automation

- Interest in Sales and Account management

- B2B customer relationship experience (order management, direct selling, etc. )

is highly preferred

- Italian Mothertongue (mandatory)

- Practice of English and/or German, which is mandatory as the Onboarding training will be held at the company's headquarter in Austria

The position is to be filled ASAP, the office is located in Milan.
