PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Follow the assigned projects in terms of job organization;

- Define analytical test methods to control physical, chemical and mechanical properties of developed polymers;

- Problem solving on performances issues which involves technical support team and R&D teams;

- Facilitates testing and investigation for product and manufacturing related issues, customer complaints and other customer related issues.

- Manage PPG's quality control program for Customer support;

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to share information and work in team

- Chemical degree and experience in a lab

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office in order to prepare reports and extrapolate data;

- Fundamentals of chemistry, synthesis and polymers

- Basic knowledge of coatings products and key properties needed to develop a coating
