**Responsibilities**:

**1) **Desktop Support Engineer provides Break Fixes, fault diagnosis, and resolution.

**4) **Provide first/second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.

**5) **Work with vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.

**6) **Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.

**7) **Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.

**9) **Should have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system, to support Apple pc users.

**10) **Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers, and computer hardware.

**11) **Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers.

**12) **Performs remedial repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.

**13) **Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software.

**14) **Broad experience in IT with a basic understanding of Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices, and Telecom.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

**Salary**: Up to €150. 00 per day
