For each project, you will define and oversee the people and processes needed to reach their targeted goals.
At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of the telecommunications industry; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.

Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Implement and maintain processes to assist completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project. Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist an assigned area, department, or project. Recruit, interview, hire, train, and retain talent for team building & development. What you'll need To be 18 years of age or olderPrevious work experience in the telecommunications cable construction industry required, specifically in OSP settingPrevious experience in FTTH (Fiber to the Home) Budgeting, Design, Splicing, and TestingPrevious supervisory and/or managerial experienceAdvanced proficiency in project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks for multiple projects/deadlinesAdvanced proficiency in the reading, design, troubleshooting, and understanding of fiber optic matrices (experience with fiber splitter designs and Bluebeam software preferred) for OSP (Outside Plant) experienceAbility to track invoicing and manage project fundingSuccessful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record checkAuthorization to work in the United States for this companyThe ability to function effectively in a high-stress situationThe ability to communicate and develop strong relationships with company personnel, customers, and contractorsWhy work with us Your career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
