About the Role As a Telecommunication Training Engineer at SIAE MICROELETTRONICA, you will be responsible for empowering others through knowledge, designing, developing and delivering cutting-edge training programs.

Your mission will be to enhance the skills and expertise of engineers, technicians, and professionals involved in the planning, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced telecommunication and radio systems.

This role blends theoretical knowledge with hands-on training, covering key areas like RF communication, transmission, and network equipment, including their Network Management Systems.

As part of a dynamic team of engineers and trainers, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous learning within our Training Center, closely connected to our innovative R&D environment.

You will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with digital and microwave design labs within a leading Telecom company and a chance to make a real impact by sharing your expertise and shaping the future of telecommunication talent.

Periodic business travel may be required to deliver on-site training, attend sessions, or interact with clients worldwide.

Responsibilities Design and create comprehensive training modules and materials on telecommunication radio link systems.

Conduct engaging virtual and in-person training sessions for internal employees and customers, focusing on topics like radio microwave systems, Ethernet switching/routing equipment, and troubleshooting radio communication systems.

Create and administer assessments to evaluate participant competencies, and maintain detailed training reports, attendance records, and performance metrics.

Work closely with R&D teams, including Validation, RF engineers, Network Planners, and Project Managers, to ensure training content remains current and aligned with industry advancements.

Key Requirements Technical Diploma (with relevant professional experience) or a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience as a trainer or instructor in a technical environment within the Telecom industry.

Expertise in telecommunication radio link technologies, including microwave and millimeter-wave communication systems.

Proficiency in RF and digital transmission systems, modulation techniques, and network topologies.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to clearly and effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to tailor explanations to diverse learning styles, simplifying complex ideas when necessary.

Patience, adaptability, and skill in dealing with diverse stakeholders.

Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Network Management System.

Knowledge of mobile radio network technologies and architecture (LTE, 5G, O-RAN).
