**Who We Are Looking For**:

Motivated by financial achievements, with proven track record in sales. We are in pursuit of professional and lively junior sales agents who possess a minimum of one year's experience coupled with a deep understanding of the fintech markets and services. Your role will be pivotal in representing UCapital24's comprehensive suite of fintech products and services to an eclectic mix of clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential leads interested in trading Forex, Stocks, and ETFs.

- Convey the brand's value and product details with accuracy and enthusiasm.

- Manage CRM data and sales pipeline with precision.

- Surpass set outreach and sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.

- Innovatively prospect for new business opportunities.

- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily.

- Fulfill monthly KPIs including acquiring new business, opening new accounts, and setting appointments.

**Position Requirements**:

- Solid sales skills; fintech industry experience highly regarded.

- Ability to excel in a competitive, team-based sales environment and adapt to frequent changes.

- Independent, well-organized, and persistent, with mínimal need for supervision.

- Proficient in software such as PowerPoint, Windows, and contact management systems.

- Informed about our company's operations, products, and services.
