**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:

**How You Create Impact (PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)

- Analyze the Inventory reports after Customer inventory counts and identify the differences

- Prepare a report and monetize at Customer price the differences

- Prepare and send the first letter to the customer informing about the differences and asking for orders to close the gaps

- After 1 month check the differences (if still any) and send out the Remind

- After the second months check again the differences and if any, inform the Customer we'll proceed with the invoice

- Collect all the required documentation

- Send the list to the Customer Service to invoice

Besides these activities the Resource will work together with the Comm.

Ops.

Lead, The Customer Service Supervisor and the inventory Count supervisor to fine tune the procedure and build a database for proper reporting.
