The company has two fully-certified production sites located in North of Italy and Slovakia.

Eurochiller is now looking for a new **temperature control unit project manager** based in the Italian Site in Castello D'Agogna - PV.

**Job description

In this role you are a team member acting as a project manager for the temperature control units from proposal till delivery of the products.

You report to the R&D Manager, to whom you'll report to.

Your most important responsibilities are defining the needs of the customer together with sales and translate this in a proposal including the costs of a solution and follow the confirmed orders from start till delivery.

You are the contact person for the engineering team towards the customer.

You work together with mechanical and electrical designers who will support you.

you do this by:

- Analyzing the needs of the customer together with the sales responsible

- Make a proposal that fits the needs of the customer

- Verifying and making technical and economical choices in the projects

- Coordinate the different tasks in the engineering team regarding TCU orders, with keeping the project cost under control

- Create a clear planning for the projects and define which resources are needed to complete the job

- Support the involved people in completing their part of the job.

- Keep close contact with the different departments to capture their needs in the design in essence with Sales, Production, service & logistics

- Reuse of existing knowledge and support the storing and build-up of knowledge

- Make sure that the products will be delivered with all final documentation and material.

Releasing customer documentation like manuals and spare part lists.

Following up the product after introduction together with aftersales.

You take initiative and cooperate on continuous improvement of the new product development and the engineering process in general.

**Experience requirements

Proven and solid experience with the temperature control units business is a must (+10years)

Experience with the chiller technology and market

**Knowledge

Fluent in Italian.

Good command of English.

A good general technical knowledge

Affinity with TCU products

**Educational requirements

University degree in Engineering, preferably Master Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering, or equal through experience.
