Temporary CFOFor our client, we are selecting a Temporary CFO who will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the Company.

The CFO provides strategic financial leadership, ensures sound financial management, and drives financial planning analysis.

Our client is a Multinational Company operating in the pet food production sector.

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Provide insights and recommendations to the CEO and Boards of Directors regarding financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal financial policies. Identify and manage financial risks to the organization. Optimize financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee the Company's treasury functions, including cash flow management, liquidity planning, and short-term investments. Take over the operation with the actual CFO. Manage relations with banks and external accountants. Maintain relations with tax administration. Experience in implementing ERP is a plus. The ideal candidate, graduated in Economics, has several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in multinational companies.

We offer a fixed-term contract with possible prospects of stabilization.

Office located in the province of Pavia.
