**The Position

Reporting to our Event & Congress Manager, you will be responsible for managing national, international, and local congresses and for collaborating with the Congress Manager in the organisation of company meetings, in line with the internal and external legal and ethical requirements and aligned with internal financial process.

Your main accountabilities will be the following:

- Being the reference point for congresses process acting like a Business Partner, maintaining good relationship with providers and customers, respecting Italian regulation and law.

You will provide data and report, related on sponsorship and HCPS congresses participation.

- To manage National, International and local Obesity, Diabetes and RD Congresses, coordinating with sales and marketing needs and guaranteeing an high level of satisfaction of internal and external stakeholder and trying to reach the highest level of saving, paying attention to follow Continuing Medical Education (ECM) rules and updates, to maintain NNFI in line with Italian laws and the Farmindustria code of ethics and internal related Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

- Organisation of national company meetings (cycles meeting, conventions, symposia launch, training events), coordinating actions with the departments involved (marketing, medica & HR).

- Coupa and Provat user, managing orders and contract where required for the Congresses and Events in charge.

- To guarantee frequent and good quality reporting in order to facilitate the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA) disclosure process.

This is a temporary position, with a 18 months contract.

**Qualifications

- Fluency in English and Italian.
