Career Opportunities: Manager, International Taxes, Tax Credits & Projects (1981) For our Group Consolidation, Administration & Taxes department we are looking for a: Temporary Manager, International Taxes, Tax Credits & Projects The candidate selected will carry out the following activities: Oversee and manage the Tax Calculation in order to finalize the tax process monthly, quarterly and annually. Formalize the annual tax return in collaboration with the support of the tax consultants (continuous interaction with the consultants). Manage accounting on SAP of all direct tax calculations, current and deferred income taxation. Monthly supervise withholding taxes relating to self-employed workers and related payment as required by the country legislation. Support the company functions in order to produce certificates of pending charges, the tax position of the company and support the company subsidiaries, if needed. Analyze all intercompany transactions as recorded in the Group ERP, in order to track, understand and classify all IC operations. Define all fiscal and legal documentation as required by national and international regulations to ensure mandatory requirements are properly and timely submitted. Manage cost sharing agreements and collaborate with Group Controlling for the allocation of related costs, to ensure they are properly taken into consideration. Collaborate with the Legal department in drafting Intercompany agreements, to improve standardization and alignment to best practices. Design, implement and monitor the Group fiscal planning, in order to keep intercompany profitability monitored in a timely and accurate manner. Monitor and continuously get trained on specific content to be updated with national and international regulations related to Intercompany transactions and transfer pricing. Requirement: A bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, taxation or a related field. Exposure to tax courses and/or Master on Tax matters. Previous 5 years of experience in tax management, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment. Strong understanding of tax planning strategies and experience in managing direct and indirect taxes. Strong experience with international taxes and transfer pricing rules, incl. Pillar II. (Preferable) Knowledge of tax credits (R&D, Industry 4. 0, Transition 5. 0, etc. ). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software like SAP. This announcement is addressed to applicants of both sexes (L. 903/77 - D.
