Temporary Project Manager
Responsibilities Main responsibilities Plan and execute the project according to the agreed scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
Coordinate and communicate with the project stakeholders, team members, and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Monitor and control the project progress, risks, issues, and changes, and take corrective actions when needed.
Report and document the project status, deliverables, achievements, and lessons learned.
Close and handover the project to the client or the permanent project manager, and evaluate the project performance and feedback.
Qualifications Soft&Technical skills: Project management certification: recognized certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
Proven track record experience of successfully managing projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
Able to adapt to different cultures, project environments, and team dynamics.
Flexible and responsive to changes in the project scope, schedule, and resources Proficient at communicating effectively with different levels of management and staff.
Capable to motivate and inspire the project team, as well as manage conflicts and issues.
