**Temporary Supply Chain Coordinator

**THE ROLE

- Develop and implement weekly and monthly finite schedules for assigned materials based on requirements, component availability and based on capacity of assigned work center.

- Communicate with manufacturing management and floor personnel or vendors concerning daily production issues that affect the completion of the schedule.

- Maintain appropriate inventory levels of assigned materials to support inventory goals and production requirements.

Responsible for analyzing and managing appropriate inventory control actions about short dated or expired or obsolete materials.

- Analysis and development of appropriate safety stock levels for assigned materials.

- Put measures into place to reduce short dated and expired material in addition to taking appropriate inventory control actions regarding short dated and expired material.

- Identify and perform necessary updates to Master Recipes for assigned materials in conjunction with MDM, PE, and QM.

- Maintain MRP material master data for assigned materials utilizing the MDM process.

- Analyze and update related KPIs.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration or related field and a minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing or similar environment (supply chain planning/scheduling).

- Experience must be inclusive of a minimum of 2 years ERP_SAP systems knowledge and/or advance planning knowledge and how it relates to an ERP_SAP System.

- Excellent math skills.

Must possess strong data entry and analyzing skills.

- Good written and verbal communication skills are required.

- A basic understanding of cGMP production guidelines preferred, but not required.

- APICS certification preferred, but not required**.
