We are seeking an IT consultant to join our International Institutions Business Unit's Bid Team as a Tender & Bid Specialist.

The objective is to increase our capacity to manage tenders while enhancing the quality and effectiveness of our responses.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing winning proposals for international clients, including the European Commission, EU bodies and agencies, and the United Nations.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience in the delivery of IT projects, knowledge of Project Management methodologies and wants to complement skills and experience in project delivery with expertise in business development through effective tender and proposal preparation.

Very good knowledge of English is a must.

Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive and in-depth analysis of tender requirements and design tailored responsesDevelop high-quality technical content to describe proposed approaches and methodologies, project planning and timelines, project organization, and technical solutionsReview and refine content produced by other team membersCollect, review, and finalize contract references and other technical material required by the tenderCollaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to develop and finalize proposalsActively participate in meetings and workshops for tender preparationAnalyse post-submission feedback for continuous improvement. Requirements 5 years of experience in ITPrevious experience in proposals/bids preparation, preferably in English and in the public sectorExcellent command of English (C1)Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and frameworks (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, DevOps, etc.

)Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to organize information clearly and logicallyKnowledge of French is a plus Work location:Vimercate (Milano) or Brussels
